When you contact EXTRA ENGLISH, the first thing we will do is arrange to meet you and give you a free, no obligation level test.
We will take the time to discuss your needs and your test results with you. This will take about 1 – 1 hr 30. You will then decide if you would like to go forward with lessons. Even if you don’t, the testing and consultation service is still free of charge.

For all block bookings the payment must be received prior to the start of the first lesson. Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque or BACS transfer.
Full invoice and receipts will be issued. Cancellation and full refund can be made prior to the start of a course minus a 10% administration fee.
You will be required to purchase a course book for exam classes. Please see link below for an example of books for the Cambridge First Certificate.
You will require only 1 book. This will not be more than £30.00. The teacher will provide sample papers, listening material and general supplementary materials.
